Since its foundation in 1913, Eschenbach Optik has evolved into one of the leading suppliers of optical products and your trusted partner for all your vision needs – in Germany and worldwide. Today, the Nuremberg-based company has a global presence, with subsidiaries in twelve countries, more than 30 international retail partners, and over 500 employees worldwide – around 300 of whom are based in Germany.

Development and manufacturing of the highest standard
From the initial idea to the finished product, Eschenbach Optik relies on modern, seamlessly integrated development and manufacturing processes. Digital, software-supported development, rapid prototyping – for example using 3D printing – and comprehensive testing procedures enable products to be optimised in a targeted manner and brought to market quickly.
In production, high-quality materials such as optical PMMA are used, alongside precise, automated production processes. Optical components are manufactured and finished under controlled conditions and reliably tested using modern measurement and inspection methods – including robot-assisted techniques.
The result is products that combine technical precision with high practicality for everyday use and comply with applicable European standards and safety requirements.
